Who is an administrator and what are his/her privileges?
A Humanway system administrator is a type of user who can take advantage of all the system options and invite new users to the system.
Administrators usually consist of company owners, HR department managers or persons delegated to manage recruitment processes in the company.

Who is an observer and what are his/her privileges?
An observer is a Humanway system user who can access only chosen offers in the system. An observer can comment candidate applications and add selected tags. Observers are invited to the system by an administrator.
Observers usually consist of department or division managers who recommend and provide opinions on candidates during recruitment processes.

What does "50 job applications" mean?
The Humanway Free plan contains some restrictions when compared to the paid versions. The phrase: "50 job applications" means that you can access up to 50 job applications in the system at the same time.
Applications sent to the system after the limit is met are unavailable. In order to view them you either need to remove old applications or purchase the PRO or UNLIMITED versions, which do not contain this restriction.

What features are unavailable in Humanway Free?
Besides the limit on the number of applications and users, Humanway Free lacks some other useful functions. You cannot add additional questions to application forms, create tests for candidates or automatically place ads on free job boards. Also, the career site is unavailable.
