Security

1. Are the databases you store secure?

   The servers used to store the application are located in a hosting centre in Germany. More information on the security of the hosting centre is available here: [PDF]
   The connection with the application is protected by an SSL certificate and encrypted with a 256-bit AES key. This ensures a protection level that meets the standards employed in bank transaction systems.
   The encrypted passwords and the database are secured in accordance with the guidelines of the OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) organisation, specialising in Internet security issues.

1. Does the system offer a possibility to generate reports on the number of sent offers and collected job applications?

   Yes, it does. Thanks to an advanced statistics module, the system allows you to check the number of sent offers, collected applications, and to order job boards by their efficiency.

2. Is the number of applications or offers limited?

   The number of applications and offers in the system is unlimited. Fees are only dependent on the number of users and their level of access to the application.

   Yes, it can be fully integrated with your site layout.

System requirements

1. How long does the implementation take and how much does it cost?

   The system implementation takes place almost immediately and it does not cost you anything, unless you decide to fully integrate the career site with your website design.

2. Do I have to install something on my computer?

   No, you do not. Humanway is a 100% browser-based application, which allows you to use it on basically any computer with an Internet browser.
